Still with you on my one week after my goodbye anniversary.
I’m tired as hell but feel good nevertheless.

Stick with it! Things start getting better at a week, at least they did for me, sleep especially
I might do a post on sleep later, it's one of the things that gets messed up with drinking.
That would be great.
I do sleep well though, just tired all day and napping a lot but that's holidays are made for anyway.
For resources I still go sometimes on the original subreddit because it's sidebar contain a lot of useful informations.
I also need to read this naked mind again and I have her 30 day challenge book that I haven't read yet.
Happy hump day, I will not drink with you today. Maybe going to try a new tea today, ask my wife if she would be willing to surprise me with a cup of something crazy from her tea cart, lol
I’ve been getting back into tea myself at work. I forgot how much I enjoy it!
IWNDWYT!!
I will not drink with you! I’m enjoying my morning coffee, and I’m finally over Covid. The silver lining is that I knit 2 shawls while I was sick. So I have that going for me.
cosy and sober! Winning!
Yes! I’m also quitting cannabis, and it’s been rough with cravings, so I call these my “sobriety shawls.” When I wear them, I can think of how strong I’ve been. Too bad it’s summer time right now!
