LEGO Star Wars magazine continues to alternate its free gifts between highly-desirable minifigures and less-so vehicle mini-builds. That’s certainly the case with Issue 109 of the Immediate Media title, which is now on sale in the UK priced at £4.99.

For that amount you’ll be able to snag a 46-piece brick-built Imperial Shuttle, although similar versions of the craft have been included with previous issues of the magazine. However, of much greater interest is the confirmation of next month’s cover freebie, a 501st Specialist Clone Trooper minifigure, complete with blaster and macrobinoculars.

...

The 501st Specialist Clone Trooper minifigure is currently only available as part of 2023’s 75345 501st Clone Troopers Battle Pack, which is still available at the time of this writing. Fans looking to bulk up their clone armies will be able to pick up the magazine for its usual cover price of £4.99, which is less than the £17.99 cost of the LEGO Star Wars set.

This is the second time this year that LEGO Star Wars magazine has offered up a rare clone minifigure, with Issue 106 having included a Coruscant Guard Clone Trooper identical to the two that come with 75354 Coruscant Guard Gunship.

It's not an army builder like the 312th Clone Trooper where people ordered 100s and others cleared the shelves (I eventually found one in the wrong part of a supermarket's magazine shelves - I gave it to a friend's son who really wanted one) but I could imagine it being popular as it is the 501st.
