Appreciate varied opinions, and communicate constructively in an attempt to understand. Do not argue, avoid making blanket statements, and do not continue a discussion just to get the last word or play devil's advocate. It's okay to give your opinion, but work to de-escalate rather than inflame and do not debate contentious topics at length.
3. Be kind, and make sure this is a safe environment for everyone
Hateful behaviour and bigoted speech is not welcome in our community. This includes but is not limited to inflammatory language based on race, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, or physical or mental ability, or punching down against the marginalized.
