Politics control everything that happens in the world...
Wars happend because of politics, millions are being killed due to politics...
Genocide due to politics, FYI we are funding it, the good ole US of A.
Dawkins also had a New Atheismish era where he just spoke on religion... didn't he?
Don't get me wrong I learned from him and many like him, but as we grow we learn and question much more...hopefully!
I do not see him as I once did, especially when it comes to genocides...

I would question using 'paparazzi', they are political commentators.
Paparazzi are independent photographers who take pictures of celebrities, prominent public figures, and other high-profile people; namely professional athletes and entertainers who typically go about their usual daily life routines.
Do you see journalists asking people questions as paparazzi as well?

If you're writing an article, as a "political commentator", in the title of which you call someone politely refusing to comment "running away", then perhaps you're not a "political commentator" as much as a tabloid "journalist".
