Jesus exit possible if proper offer comes in, acc to gunnerblog. Did the guy never recover from his knee injury?

He never really lived up to the hype for being a striker IMO. Even before his knee injury, consistency was a problem. He definitely has that X factor of being able to turn a game and create chances out of nothing. But not consistently enough. Plus he has a bit of a tendency to miss clear chances.

I wonder if it's just a case that the team has evolved slightly. I would also wager we'll be looking to the market during the transfer window and funds raised off of selling a player of Jesus' skill would be beneficial.

But if Eddie goes as well, we would then only really have Havertz who would play up front. So, it sounds like we might be looking to offload Jesus and Eddie to bring in another forward.

Edit: Fixed some spelling. I should really proof read first, but I'm going to blame my cold instead.

I think we probably could just use the money and are now finding ourselves a bit overloaded with attackers. Even if he has fully recovered, it has shown that he's by no means indispensable.

Or, he wants to leave and the club doesn't want to stand in his way.

Eddie and Reiss are definitely leaving.

Liverpool I love you. Don't even need to lose to City now.
