I'm pretty new to keto and am doing it pretty loosely. I would like to keep better track of my intake. What are some good apps you have used for tracking your keto diet?

Cronometer. The free version will do everything you need.

Cronometer setup instructions in a post on Cronometer's site Watch the video.

You will need the macros from Keto Calculator. Select sedentary if you want to lose weight.

It's super easy to use and works well for me. I upgraded to the paid thing but you don't have to. I only did it so I can import recipes from websites without manually adding everything.

Personally, I’ve always used MyFitnessPal, but any type of tracking with help. What are you looking for an app to include?

I'd like to be able to have goals/limits that the app will let me know about. Not just carbs. I want to make sure I'm getting enough nutreants. For example, if I'm low on iron (or whatever) it will let me know. All of this would be based on what I have eaten for the day.

Like I said, I'm new to keto. So if there is something I'm not thinking of, I'd be open to suggestions.
