Just send a GDPR deletion request. Most companies will comply without asking any more questions.

nevermind: it turns out they won't fulfill it if you're a US citizen because GDPR only applies to EU citizens. welp

In addition, it’s absolutely impossible to verify the authenticity of an identity document from a photo. It’s a completely meaningless request.

Well, I don't know how illegal it would be to fake an ID in this specific case, so I recommend you absolutely don't go to PRADO, and certainly do not download a specimen document from there and photoshop it a little. That would be bad, so don't do it.
