I can't get past medium heat. I've tried but my lips tingle. My husband though eats Carolina's like grapes. I've shown him your haul and he perks up.

Chicken skewers with satay sauce, served with barbecued corn and broccoli. Also tried to make hash browns but they disintegrated into crispy potato fragments, so they were sprinkled over everything instead lol. Still tasted not bad.

Starting off with a snack before making the main meal later.

Margarine, some with mixed herbs and others with Moroccan mild seasoning.

Deceptively simple as well.

Marg/butter and season with anything you want and pop it in the oven for a bit.

Same as last night. I've got left over sausages and half a tray of roast veg to finish. Peas and a nice gravy should seal the deal
