Bats are cool
Bats are the only true flying mammals. There are over 1,400 species of bats, and they can be found on nearly every part of the planet. Not only are they cute, they are also important...
Studying how bats use echolocation has helped scientists develop navigational aids for the blind. Without bats’ pollination, seed dispersal, and pest control we wouldn’t have bananas, avocados, mangoes, agave, or cacao… that’s right, bats bring us tequila and chocolate!

I forgot to add the photographer's name, but I fixed that now. It's by Yuval Barkai, he is a bat photographer.

Either this was taken in the daytime or that's one hell of a flash bulb.
Also, baby bats are called bits, or at least they should be.
It's a daytime pic - some bats like to go out during the day, which is pretty cool.

I don't see the pregnancy... how do you know this bat was pregnant?
It was labeled pregnant by the photographer, so I guess there is no real way to confirm, but if you look at her belly, you'll see that it's bigger, and her nipples are enlarged. That's a pretty good giveaway.
