Its over? Damn, I heard the shorts still hadn't closed and MOASS is still TBD.

Until those two events or govt intervention, it literally cannot be over.

The first half of the sentence is some form of true, in a generic and oversimplified way, their goal is to make the second half that they made up be accepted as true by association. Hackery at its best (worst).
