I'm sure those people still there have learned their lesson. Not the one they should have learned. But that they need to work more on diluting the voice of actual journalists they have. Even if they're not always that great. With enough sycophants, so they'll be easy to drown out the next time they attempt this. NBC has had a habit of this. And the pushback hasn't changed anything yet.

It’s hard to imagine what lessons they could have learned just because the situation was so messed up to begin with.
NBC News: Help! I ate a box of tacks and got locked in the trunk of the car with our neighbor’s garbage from last week!!
