That is indeed the point of my post.
The sarcasm can be a bit hard to pick through text at times.
The order very intentionally did not cover the judge. That would've set up a pretty easy First Amendment appeal, and I seem to recall that already coming up in a different case.
I have no idea how the judge's daughter factors in. I could see a variety of Mafia-inspired laws against it, but I don't know if any actually apply here.
