Still one of the best SNES games out there.

I loved the area near the sword. It was one of the nicest in the game.
This is the map from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Not Links Awakening as a few others have said.

looks fantastic, is this based on a game?
I am not op but yes, I think it is. At first I thought an older Zelda, then I thought maybe a PokΓ©mon. Now I'm leaning more towards Super Mario... anyway if it's not a Nintendo game I would be surprised.
It's from Zelda: A Link to the Past
i originally thought final fantasy 1 π
Quick identification tip: Older Final Fantasy maps always have continents and ocean. They also tend (oddly) to be less blocky than this Zelda map.
Legend of Zelda: Links awakening, If i Recall my playthrough from 2000 correctly
It's from A Link to the Past
Ah, OK. Was really long ago, thx
People! It's only the best game ever made, go play it immediately.
OP, you got tons done since I last saw this, excellent work! So excited to see it in its final form.
Now do the Dark World map!
Yay! Nearly done! :D
I have that same Cat plant pin. Small world!
I thought that was a tank over on the left at first lol
That is huge and amazing! Such a good game.
It mildly looks like pokemon. Is it from something?
It's Zelda: Link's Awakening!
Nope, it's A Link to the Past.
Dammit, you're right
The maps are pretty similar. I wasn't sure either until I looked it up.
