The resolution of Quest 3 lite is the exact same as Quest 2. The form factor is the exact same with a new shell.

They probably swapped out the fresnel for pancake lenses, added a new shell with some new cameras for passthrough, changed the facial interface to the Quest 3 one, changed strap.

It's funny how they are calling it the Quest 3s when it's literally a Quest 2 with some modifications.
