It was available for me after the second v63 update which arrived today to my region. I tried it on youtube app, venta x and vrchat, all worked fine. You can activate it from experimental settings.

I have no idea why it took 3.5 fucking years to implement this but it works fine at least. Now all I need is some decent 180º asmr videos on youtube
