- Suicide note posts will be removed, and you will be reached out to in private.
- If you would like advice, mention the country you are in. (We will not assume the US as the default.)
If BRIEF mention of these topics is an important part of your post, please flag your post as NSFW and include a (trigger warning: suicide, self-harm, death, etc.)in the title so that other readers who may feel triggered can avoid it. No prob, enjoy!
I’m feeling distracted (just started group therapy), oversensitive (because of topics discussed during group therapy), and appreciative of my friends and community 🙂
In not particular order:
Frustrated (under angry)
Trapped (under helpless)
kinda Rotten (under depressed)
Restless and worried (under afraid)
Fragile (under sad)
Thank you for sharing this, it's often very useful for me to dig into more fine-grained descriptions of the overall emotion I think I'm feeling.
That said, credit where credit is due: This comes from Katie Byrons The Work site; for the original PDF, find the "Download" link in the bottom left and, under "Support in Identifying Beliefs and Emotions", choose the "Emotions List" in your preferred language.
