The headquarters of the New Orleans Police Department is in such a state of decay that rats are eating drugs in the evidence room, the department's chief said.

Pay no attention to the cops in charge of the evidence room buying new cars...

The rats definitely ate it and this isn't just more crooked cops saying random shit because the union always covers for bad cops....
