Article says they will be producing Fuchs APCs. I hadn't heard much of those. They look like the old style APCs that fell out of favor to make way for the modern IFV. Interesting they are what was chosen.

I mean we did not hear much about the fuchs in particular, but APC are used in all shapes and forms. The Fuchs might still be cheaper/easier to manufacture than something on Boxer or Lynx platform.

Looked up if Germany donated the Fuchs APCs. They did not, but took the chance to help Denmark to get rid of 54 x M113s ... πŸ™„
