Lately I've been adding a bit of vital wheat gluten flour to strengthen the dough and add a bit of chewiness to the crust. I know a chewy crust isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I've been really happy with the results.

Mushrooms are great! If you chop them very finely, you can mix them with ground beef or fake ground beef and it’ll add a umami hit. Great for hamburger pizzas or burritos.

What pizza steel do you use? Do you recommend it over a pizza stone? Got any recommendations? Because that crust looks genuinely perfect to me. I would sex that pizza it looks so good.
