After I marked all replies as read and did a manual refresh, the notification counters (on reply and main screen) sill show "new replies" for rather long time
Could be instance related or app version? I just did that and it's fine.
I'm on 0.10.7 version.
I'm also on 0.10.7. feddit.de is on 0.18.1
Could be related with the fact that replies are for post/comments in communities hosted on other instances. I did not try to isolate this effect.
Might be a Lemmy bug. There's a known issue of notification counts not updating, but if you go back to the inbox again they then update. Is that the behaviour you're seeing?
No really. Not sure what do you call an "inbox", but if I go to the "home" view and even refresh it, I still see an "unread" notification counter (bottom part of the attached picture)
Basically the notification view. The known Lemmy bug is that notifications aren't cleared until you go back into the notification page (inbox)
