A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

Typically I don't feel the need to comment on lemmy
I agree with the title statement. Why do I comment less? Articles much fewer?
There are plenty of comments, not enough posts
Here's a comment for contradiction's sake. May your online days be merry and full of commentary.
The comments are sorted nicely therefore. People can add more comments later, and they don't just disappear at the bottom.
