Reports are he has been locked away since Covid became global. He was paranoid due to covid now paranoid due to the war.
I thought I heard he had people quarrantine before seeing him due to covid, but then again he saw Tucker Carlson quite shprtly after he arrived in Russia. So idk. And it didnt seem like a body double in that interview
