Very much reminds me of the ship Aesthetic in Homeworld: Cataclysm.

I’m ashamed to admit I’m only aware of Homeworld 2.

Cataclysm was kind of a weird offshoot that wasn't part of the main series. Was fun, but almost felt like a short story set in the same universe, or a DLC before DLCs really existed.

Definitely worth playing, even though i was disappointed it didn't get the remaster treatment like the others.

It's source code was lost, as I understood it.

Cataclysm was made in the Homeworld game engine, by a different studio, and somewhere along the years the original project files were lost.

A remaster is technically possible, but it would involve essentially re-creating the whole game from scratch.
