Shoulders and back. There's this diamond shape of musculature right below the nape of the neck that is really easy to spot from behind when a man splays his shoulders wide and chest out (like when they're pressed into a bed) and pulls their head back that I find just beautiful. That, and seeing the rest of his back muscles flex and almost quiver... Ah!
