Hi Guys,

Tell us your favourite gigs or moments from gigs by the foo's.

Mine by far was the wembley 2008, so much emotion in the place.

The Taylor Hawkins tribute last year was very bitter sweet, unbelievably good show but the reason for it was always in the background mixing emotions.

I got into the Foos when I was in high school in the early 2000's, and they were far from being a "cool" band. When I went to college, I wanted to go see them live (I think it was the "rock" leg of the In Your Honor tour), but no one in my new city wanted to pay $35 to go with me. So, for $35, I went by myself and saw Kaiser Chiefs open for the Foo Fighters, who were co-headlining with Weezer. Easily one of my Top Ten concerts.

In fact, it was so much fun that when it came around the next summer, I went to the acoustic show by myself, too

I only ever got a chance to see them live once, back in Miami in 2008. The show was absolutely insane!!! I almost got a second chance in 2021, but that show got canceled due to COVID.

I got to see them at The Fillmore in Denver, Colo. in 2001 just after starting college. It was a great show with fun energy. Weezer’s drummer’s bad opened, followed by Pete Yorn and then the Foo. Blast of a show.
