It's gotten buffs in a few of the recent patches, but it's still pretty weak..

I'd probably have the line do some damage too, or have it cost less so it could be used in more combos for the kits that have it. Also make aiming with it actually match weapon crosshairs, or show a crosshair for it at all, honestly.

both of those sound pretty good! i've heard that the crosshair weirdness is baked into it, like this post shows. but if they gave it its own mini-crosshair, that would help a lot

Make it last much longer. I expected it to work like a player marker trip wire when I first saw it, and I was really shocked it didn’t.

yeahh, 5 seconds is way too short. it's harder to hit than point sensor and weaker in its detecting period? weird

i also had the idea of: if they really want to keep it at 5 seconds, give it some sort of other effect. like say, it causes the enemy to heal their health slower during that period
