I went to high school in Gilroy and discovered The Pepper Plant original sauce while living there. It quickly became my favorite. As my heat tolerance went up, I learned to love their habanero version. Very good on everything, but especially breakfast!
Their Garlic Pepper sauce is great - I use it for a steak sauce.
The garlic is a solid #2 for me! Never thought to try it on steak, for sure going to give that a try.
Oh dang I haven’t seen that one. I’m a big fan of the other version!
Number one ingredient is habanero peppers. I approve!
