End of an era. At least he gets to leave on his own terms.
It is also kinda interesting how many people seem surprised by this though, I know it hasn't been mentioned this year much but I swear there was quite a lot of talk about it last year already. Granted I forgot about it and didn't expect him to leave but it's not that surprising that he is now it's announced.
Yeah, I feel like there was talk about him leaving not that long ago.
Kudos though. He's done a excellent job at Liverpool with, what sounds like, limited funds at times.
I mean, Coutinho massively helped tbf.
Yeah, very true. I think they did some good business too, like Salah.
It's pleasing to see how well some ex-Chelsea players have done after leaving them.
Fuck me. Man deserves to retire tbf (idk if it is retirement he's going to do but he did say he doesn't have the energy so maybe)
also fingers crossed it's not like, cancer or anything, cuz that's also kinda the vibe of his statement to me
Apparently their next match is Norwich at Anfield. Should be interesting lol
The Gabriel second goal was given back to him after appeal, so Hendo doesn't have an own goal and Gabriel got an extra one.
I very much like this outcome
I am quite annoyed because FPL doesn't care and isn't changing the outcome, and I had Saka.
Well that's ridiculous, why?? Lol
Someone afraid they will lose their place/win this GW...
Apparently this happened last season with March. Rules supposedly state that it can only be changed up to an hour after the matches. Which is intensely stupid.
The Mars Helicopter Ingenuity has flown its final fight and I am unbelievably distraught tbh. It did so much more than it was expected to.
It's funny how we develop these attachments to non-sentient objects. It's a pretty cool time to be alive, from a science point of view. It feels like there are a bunch of cool discoveries just over the horizon that I'm sure will raise more questions than answers.
On the other hand, as someone doing physics, I feel like nothing really like, massive in terms of theoretical physics has happened in forever lol. A good few experimental confirmations last decade, between the Higgs and gravitational waves, but idk like, the problem of GR and QM not working together seems like it's stuck until we find more evidence. Though I do not know nearly enough to say much about that, tbf.
I wonder if someone will have a surprise breakthrough!
Fingers crossed on muon g-2, personally.
