I remember this. It was posted exactly 1 month ago (2023-06-06) on TT.

Memphis is a bigger city in TN. This type of reaction is kind of expected in small and rural towns; not so much in bigger cities. I guess these cops were just getting off shift and annoyed af when they have to do more work.
