Bad idea for the state bar to accept his retirement; you can un-retire just by paying your back bar dues. They need to disbar so that he can't ever practice law in Georgia again (or any other state without passing their state bar exam).

Yeah sure, I also don't like the guy, but you can't say it like that. Everyone deserves legal representation, even if they are guilty. Otherwise a lot of innocent people are going to prison.
