I’ve played both barbarian and bard in early access. Barbarian pretty easily kills just about everything and has some great class specific dialogue but I also love the bard’s high charisma and dialogue options. It’s also fun to feel like you’re coordinating the party on the battlefield as the bard.

After the reveal of the monk, now I want to give that a try. What are y’all leaning towards on your first play through?

I'm really hoping the Necromancer subclass allows the Wizard to have a few skeleton minions like you can in D&D. I was originally disappointed that Animate Dead didn't work the same as tabletop... But the Necromancer subclass would have to address that somehow...

I've been thinking about what my ideal group of companions is, and then trying to fill a role that's not represented by them. Right now I'm thinking maybe Sorcerer.

Planning on Monk for a solo playthrough, maybe Bard or Druid for the inevitable multiplayer playthrough
