That actually got me wondering what type of long range munitions an SU-34 can carry besides a Kinzhal.

Reading up a little, It's highly likely that they are using improvised glide bombs, S8s and KH-29s, but those would be limited range munitions better used on the front lines.

However.

FAV-250's have been used on civilians in the Belgorod region, where that plane was reported downed (from Russian sources). So yeah, those two were probably part of those civilian bombings.

Yep. Improvised glide bombs released close to the front lines/border because AFU didn't have enough SAM systems.
