I absolutely won’t attend any conferences held in Florida.

Same, and there was one that I might have attended. Since they have not moved it (yet), I am not going. Now that amount of money, by itself, is paltry. But when more and more people won't attend, I bet conferences notice and pull up stakes. And it seems people are already noticing that happening.
