The Oakland County Child Killer was a less lethal serial killer than John Wayne Gacy

Edit: Huh, apparently that wasn't an apt comparison? Oh well, the point is you wouldn't leave someone alone in a room with either one of them and you shouldn't fire bullets, rubber or not, at nonviolent protestors. Probably shouldn't really be shooting at people in general... Except maybe those serial killers.
