Hello, I am not interested in buying your house. But I would like to use your restroom, dig through your magazines, rearrange your shelves, and handle your food products in an unsanitary manner.

No idea what season, but I'm pretty sure this immediately follows "whoa, windows! I don't think I can afford this place."
