Itβs absolutely illegal to use foreign military infrastructure like GNSS (USA), GLONASS (RF), BeiDou (CN) for civil operations.
You can use it for fun and maybe for not critical operations (as an aid) but you cannot become dependent on that.
What are you talking about? GPS has been available for civilian usage for decades, same for GLONASS and Beidou. For more info see Korean Air Lines Flight 007.
It is available, Iβm not saying it is not.
