When winter lasts Sept to May you gotta find a little joy in the silly things.
I kinda miss our winters around here. I'm def south of you, but we used to have Winter from Oct to May. Now, sometimes it doesn't feel like Winter except for a week or two around the end of Jan.
70s and 80s are June temps! Not for freaking February! Well, not this year, pal
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We live in a very strange climate, we have a rather unique weather phenomenon where the temps can swing 40 Celsius during the day.

So it’s not unheard of to also not have snow on Christmas and it be 20c either. It’s not entirely climate change, but it will make the swings larger for us.
Edit, they also come with gusts of wind above 100km/h too.
Ah! Like an "Alberta clipper"
I mean, not just like, but, turns out, they're related. Thanks, Alberta. 😋
We seem to get blamed for everything up here, so why not down there as well.
That was a fantastic read thanks!
Likewise! And for the record, I love our friendly neighbors to the north! Everyone I've met from Canada has been so nice and polite.
And plus, it's where The Nylons are from, so I would basically love Canada through the transitive property anyway.
