without her and her family’s knowledge, Galena hopped inside a package full of products they were returning to Amazon.

I wonder if someone in the family is "surprised" and "relieved" on the outside but very disappointed on the inside that their plan to get rid of the cat got foiled.

Right!? Like I'm sorry there's no fucking way this was not intentional. So we are expected to believe this cat just stayed perfectly quiet and motionless while the box is getting taped up? Bet the cat was drugged and shipped. This is some Dennis Reynolds level fucked up shenanigans.
