A friend of mine bought several google pixels and, the firts time they slipped from her pocket, their screen completely broke, even if they had a cover and a screen protector, and this happened with three models. So, how's your experience and how I can prevent my pixels from breaking? Thanks for the eventual responses, and I'm sorry if this post is written with bad english, I just hope that the question is clear.

If your interested in a more private OS for your phone - I did some searching and unfortunately GrapheneOS won't support the 3a anymore, and the DivestOS is broken for the 3a.

If your feeling up to it, I would recommend either CalyxOS or LineageOS:

CalyxOS: https://calyxos.org/install/devices/sargo/

LineageOS: https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/sargo/install

Thanks! I was planning on trying LineageOS once the stock OS got too outdated to keep using, but only because it was the one I knew about. Any pros or cons between Calyx and Lineage?

I would personally Install Calyx - you can relock the bootloader, the install is meant to be easy and the community is supposedly very friendly - you should be able to troubleshoot without issue.

(I haven't personally used it so YMMV)
