You cannot provoke someone to murder. All murders are unprovoked. There is no excuse for this piece of shit to have killed.
EDIT: Since people seem to not get what I mean, provoke implies there is reason given to act. There is no reason in murder. Therefore IMHO, murder cannot be provoked.
Self defence wouldnt be murder, hence why im asking how they know it was unprovoked
It couldn’t have been provoked. So it’s murder.
So, how do you know it wasnt self defense?
If it was, it wasn’t provoked.
Precisely my point. The article fails to mention ANY evidence or witnesses, yet they are saying it is for sure provoked murder.
How do they know?
No idea. Maybe it’s an implied perspective thing?
@Mastengwe @CaptainSpaceman Of course you can provoke someone who then kills you in response. Provocation isn't justification. Being provoked doesn't excuse one's actions.
Yes, but by definition- provoke doesn’t explain an unavoidable result of murder.
So by this, I mean that provoked or not- one can walk away. Therefore, being provoked doesn’t excuse or explain a murder.
@Mastengwe To that, I agree.
