In capitalist America, police violence is a leading cause of death in some communities. What the police do is evil.

On average, yes. It is.. democide. extrajudicial summary killings.

edit: we may never know the full scope. historically, but even now. the departments hold the records so Academia has to estimate. I remember, one of the ones that just came out was almost 3 years old, but the police and courts kept it hidden.
