Once your seeds pop, you should try to get them off the heat mat. The root zone wants to be cooler, you can unnecessarily stress your seedlings by leaving them on the mat too long.
Took the bag of dirt into the garage yesterday to warm up so I can get them in some pots, great advice though.
My worry is the tap root getting too big or long through the hole and unnecessarily stressing it cutting it free.
