I had one of those! Did you know it has a SCREEN SAVER? Leave it on and untouched, and it will blank the display and let a lonely decimal point scroll along the display.

I probably still have it lying around somewhere... The original battery gave out long ago but a regular ol' 9V block works just fine.

I did! Had to take it out of the screen saver to take the photo :P

Great little compact unit with a bright display.
