Can't install app on Chrome Android (self.wefwef)

Whenever I try to install the app on Chrome on my Android phone I get a generic "impossible to install / an error has occurred", with no more info. Any idea what's the problem? I have other web apps installed just fine.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is designed to work like Apollo, an iPhone app.

Wefwef is a progressive web app (pwa or simply a website) so it can be installed on any phone that supports pwa.
