Dr Eisleys (sp?) is the only traditional litter I've found that doesn't do this
World's Best doesn't either, they use a thicker, different material that cuts way down on dust. It doesn't quite clump as well as others but it's close enough for me.
It's a corn byproduct IIRC, which I think is cool. Like ground up cobs I think.
