Sad that's it's come to this, but I wouldn't be surprised to see some countries try it.
If they do it, they better expect retailation from neighbouring countries should their agricultural systems be impacted by that. We don't know the full consequences of this, but if a state does it it's a rogue state to me, one that should face some ripercussion for that.
and the industrialized world, who have been Geo-engineering for the past 100+ years... what repercussions do we face as the poorest nations face the very worst of our global heating mess?

are u joking? have u missed out on how the biggest fossil companies from the US/Europe have known about climate change for 40+ years and also actively downplaying it for the same amount of time?
We needed energy, they gave us what we wanted. This is not geoingeneering on purpose, it's called pollution and it's a byproduct of an activity: selle energy and industry grade products and preparations and make money. They don't care about that. That's as far as it goes.
