/u/L4s is a bot, using it to try and jump-start communities that are lacking in content and hopefully bring in more users to Lemmy. For this community it is utilizing /r/publicfreakout's front page, and every 30 minutes checks if there is a new video on "top", then grabs a direct link to the video which keeps Reddit from getting ad revenue from viewers.
