So if a game or a site were to request my hand and body pose data, how could it be used, stored, or shared? Like would I be at risk if I gave permission to some of the wrong sites? And if I did, how could anyone even use said data to begin with?

Systems can estimate a user's identity it has seen before by the user's mouse movement, typing cadence, and scrolling behaviour patterns.

Your eyes, your ears (yes, your ears), your dental records, your voice, your DNA can be used to identify you.

Trained security/surveillance systems can now identify users by their gait.

Analytics, service login, and your browser can be used to identify a device through cookies.

Systems can identify a user's location based on their tower and network ID.

Body and hand posture data is unique.
