Should i be concerned about the blue/green water stains around pipes? If so, should i be replacing the pipe or just clean and move on with life?

Yup copper pipes! In terms of maintenance should i be cleaning or just leave it alone?

I’m not a plumber but I don’t think there’s a functional reason to clean them. Copper oxidizes green/blue and it will just come back. Actually, cleaning them might be a bad idea if they are old as it might remove the protection the oxidization provides and/or risk weakening the pipes mechanically.
