onehundredcups: You know how nvidia’s GeForce experience has a scan games then optimize games? Why doesn’t steam deck have that? I just download and play the games, I should be changing settings? They seem to generally just work.

merlineatscake: Lots of games automatically detect your hardware and configure themselves already anyway. You won't usually get the best performance leaving it on those settings, but it's enough for most gamers I think.
